Offering a Full Range of Mental Health Services to the Community Since 1973

We are a group of social workers and psychologists offering assessments and therapeutic services for children, adolescents and adults - singularly and/or in their family.

We assess and treat problems such as: depression and anxiety; stress disorders, including grief and loss; school adjustment problems; marital conflict and reconciliation; divorce and blended family issues; and forensic assessments of child abuse, domestic violence and sexual dysfunction. Group therapy for alleged sex offenders is also available.

To assure quality services, our staff consults with other mental health disciplines (social workers, psychiatrists and psychologists).

We accept most insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield insurances, Priority Health and Blue Care Network. We also participate with Medicare. We provide contract services for the Department of Human Services for the State of Michigan. In some cases we can offer a reduced fee.

Maple Clinic is located in Traverse City's Old Town District at: 525 South Union just North of Ninth Street.

Our staff includes Licensed Social Workers (LMSW), Psychologists (M.A. & Ph.D.), and  a Psychiatrist (D.O.) .
